BDS Rules and Regulations Agreement
I have read and understand the rules associated with joining The Black Diamond Syndicate. No member of this clan (Administrator, Clan Leader, or otherwise, will ask for your password (and we do not have access to it) or any piece of vital information. The BDS reserves the right to review any and all leaderboards associated with your PSN ID. If your PSN ID is incorrect or it is discovered you have an "alt", without prior knowledge of the Clan Administration team, before or after acceptance of this form, your application will be denied. In the event after acceptance of your application you are discovered to have an "alt", you will be dismissed from The Black Diamond Syndicate.
